APOCALYPTICA

^I met them. Seriously, I still can't even believe it myself!!
Unfortunatly I have no pics of the concert to share at all, since security were being annoying and not letting anyone in the first 2 rows get pics -YES I WAS IN THE FRONT ROW! It was SO GOOD!!!
I'm gonna say it was the best night of my life so far! I met them all & got a signed setlist, pics with each guy & a legendary Eicca hug! (which even after all of 's descriptions of awe, really did live up to expectation! )

Also picked up one of the touring tshirts (Australia & some Asia shows) it's a really nice one

And if that's not enough news to share, last week I saw Slash ft Myles Kennedy & the Conspirators live! For those paying attention, this was my 2nd time seeing Myles this year They also put on a great show (if not quite as awesome or personal as the Apocalyptica one -especially not coz I was so far away) but it was still heaps of fun!

Update on my art atm, I haven't really been doing anything aside from the occasional doodle in some of my lecture books with my friends (I should upload some of them some time soon though, there's some great ones ) but of my VCE art work from last year, I have recieved an award for Apocalypse Concerto (this one: lp4eva.deviantart.com/art/FINA…) which my art teacher submitted into an art competition for students between the ages of 12 and 18. I won 3rd prize in my category (mixed media), which I'm very surprised & happy with!

Anddd finally, I'm sorry I haven't been on DA much. At all. For like 6 months. Uni life has really caught hold of me!
